Vote Description
This bill prohibits the government from entering into contracts with businesses that boycott energy or firearms companies. CPAC supports efforts to reduce the use of ESG standards in the state’s decision-making processes and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 18, 2023 by a vote of 27-8 and the bill later became law.
