Vote Description
This bill exempts certain costs that may be incurred by data centers from the sales and use tax. CPAC opposes government favoritism toward particular industries and businesses and opposed this bill. The House passed the bill on April 4, 2023 by a vote of 78-6 and the bill later became law.
