Vote Description
This bill allows individuals to carry certain firearms without a license as long as they also carry a valid form of identification that can be presented to government authorities. CPAC supports the founders’ belief in the Second Amendment, supports constitutional carry laws, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 24, 2023 by a vote of 76-32 and the bill later became law.
