SB 212 prohibits the disclosure of student rosters of public institutions to political candidates and other political organizations. CPAC believes that governments should protect privacy of their citizens, and it supports this bill. SB 212 passed the Georgia House of Representatives in a 98-66 vote on March 31, 2025, and it was later signed into law by Governor Brian Kemp.
