Vote Description
This bill prohibits physicians and employers from entering into non-compete agreements. CPAC believes that the government should not interfere with the private negotiations between employers and employees and opposed this bill. The House passed the bill on April 17, 2023 by a vote of 81-17 and the bill later became law.
