Vote Description
This bill prohibits entities associated with “foreign adversaries” from acquiring a controlling interest in a parcel of the state’s land/immovable property. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to further the US’ security interests and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on June 6, 2023 by a vote of 73-26 and the bill later became law.
