Vote Description
This amendment strikes provisions from the budget that prevented the funds from certain recently passed state taxes from counting towards Massachusetts’ revenue cap. CPAC supports fiscal transparency, supports measures that prevent taxpayers from being cheated out of their funds, and supported this bill. The Senate defeated this amendment on May 25, 2023 by a vote of 5-34.
