Vote Description
This bill duplicates existing federal regulations that prohibit employers from discriminating against workers on the basis of their race. CPAC recognizes that this measure is already heavily abused at the federal level, believes that duplicating the regulation will enable further abuse, and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on June 6, 2023 by a vote of 112-20 and the bill later became law.
