Vote Description
This bill expands Maine’s electric transportation rebate program such that rebates may now be awarded for the purchase of electric bicycles. CPAC supports all forms of energy, does not believe that the government should promote one form of energy over another, and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on May 30, 2023 by a vote of 77-64 and the bill later became law.
