Vote Description
This bill requires that drivers for rideshare companies like Uber be paid at least $1.45 per mile and an additional $0.34 per minute for each trip that the driver makes. CPAC opposes costly and onerous government wage mandates and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 21, 2023 by a vote of 35-32 but Governor Walz vetoed this bill.
