Vote Description
This bill prohibits physicians from performing “gender reassignment” surgeries on minors or prescribing hormone replacement therapy to minors. CPAC opposes the castration and mutilation of minors and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on May 10, 2023 by a vote of 108-50 and the bill later became law.
