This bill sets up a propane tank revolving loan fund designed to help propane retailers purchase and install propane storage units for their business. CPAC opposes putting taxpayers on the hook in order to protect the interests of government-favored industries and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 22, 2023 by a vote of 82-10 and the bill later became law.
