This resolution proposes a constitutional amendment that would change the New Hampshire state constitution such that it would declare that there exists a right to choose to have an abortion. CPAC believes that there exists no such right, believes abortion is always a human tragedy, and opposed this resolution. The House defeated this resolution on March 23, 2023 by a vote of 193-191 (a 3/5 vote was necessary for it to pass).
