Vote Description
This bill creates the New Jersey Commission on Health Equity at the Department of Health. CPAC opposes the proliferation of equity nonsense throughout the government, recognizes that the notion of “health equity” is a foolish and dangerous goal to be pursued by the government, and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on December 11, 2023 by a vote of 22-11 but the bill had not become law as of the end of 2023.
