Vote Description
This bill amends the worker’s compensation act to include farm and ranch laborers. CPAC opposes the expansion of this act to farm employees, recognizes that this measure will negatively impact New Mexico’s agricultural sector, and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 10, 2023 by a vote of 47-18 but the bill did not pass through the Senate.
