Vote Description
This bill establishes the marketing excellence bureau within New Mexico’s Department of Tourism to help market the services of its other executive-level agencies. CPAC opposes the continued expansion of the bureaucracy, opposes measures that incentivize people to further rely upon the government, and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 6, 2023 by a vote of 63-0 and the bill later became law.
