This bill establishes the LGBTQ+ Advisory Board, the likes of which will only contain LGBT+ individuals and advise the state government on ways it can benefit the LGBT+ community. CPAC opposes government measures that expressly benefit a favored class of people, opposes the infiltration of the LGBT+ agenda into the halls of government, and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed this bill on May 30, 2023 by a vote of 141-3 but the bill never became law.
