Vote Description
This bill requires schools to post their textbooks and syllabi on their website. CPAC supports efforts to give parents access to materials used by teachers and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on October 24, 2023 by a vote of 28-22 but the bill was not taken up in the House.
