Vote Description
This bill authorizes law-abiding adults to carry a concealed pistol on their person without needing to first receive a permit. CPAC supports the founders’ belief in the Second Amendment and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 23, 2023 by a vote of 87-26 but the bill stalled in the Senate.
