Vote Description
This bill expands the uses of the local accommodations tax such that the proceeds from it may be used in order to develop workforce housing and promote home ownership. CPAC opposes government involvement in the housing market and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on May 10, 2023 by a vote of 80-29 and the bill later became law.
