Vote Description
This bill establishes the Education Scholarship Trust Fund Program, the likes of which will provide parents with $6,000 in funds such that they may more easily send their children to schools that better suit their needs. CPAC supports school choice and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 27, 2023 by a vote of 74-36 and the bill later became law.
