Vote Description
This bill authorizes law-abiding adults to carry a concealed pistol on their person without needing to first receive a permit. CPAC supports the founders’ belief in the Second Amendment and supported this bill. The Senate voted to place this bill on the calendar on May 9, 2023 by a vote of 24-18 but the bill did not progress any further.
