Vote Description
This bill requires TennCare plans to cover mental health treatments to the same extent that it covers treatments for alcoholism and drug dependence. CPAC opposes this expensive new mandate and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on April 22, 2024 by a vote of 96-0 and the bill was signed into law.
