Vote Description
The original Senate version of this bill creates a universal school choice program that offers $8,000 per student through the educational accounts that it creates. CPAC supports school choice and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on October 12, 2023 by a vote of 19-12 but the bill was significantly watered down in the House.
