This resolution sponsored by Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers prohibits the Secretary of Energy from selling petroleum products from the strategic petroleum reserve to China. CPAC supports measures that hinder China’s progress as a nefarious force in the world and supported this resolution. The House passed this resolution on January 12, 2023 by a vote of 331-97.
