Vote Description
This bill apportions funds from severance tax proceeds to a program that offers financial incentives to aviation fuel carriers. CPAC opposes government favoritism toward particular industries and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 1, 2023 by a vote of 53-18 and the bill later became law.
