Vote Description
This bill prohibits the state from extraditing individuals in response to criminal charges from another state that target their involvement in an abortion procedure. CPAC believes abortion is always a human tragedy, opposes its protection, and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 7, 2023 by a vote of 23-17 but the bill stalled in the House.
