Vote Description
This bill prohibits physicians from, in most circumstances, performing gender reassignment surgeries on or prescribing gender-altering medication to minors. CPAC opposes the mutilation and castration of minors and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 11, 2023 by a vote of 88-10 and the bill later became law.
