By completing this registration, you understand that you may be photographed, taped or recorded during the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and that you grant American Conservative Union d/b/a/ CPAC  and/or the American Conservative Union Foundation d/b/a/ CPAC Foundation (hereinafter collectively referred to as “CPAC”) permission to use your image or voice in all forms and media as permitted by law. You waive the right to inspect or approve versions of your image or voice or the written copy that may be used in connection with either.

Code of Conduct

​

All event participants are expected to behave in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Be considerate, respectful, and mindful of your surroundings and fellow participants, of both CPAC 2024 and other events taking place at Gaylord National Hotel and Conference Center. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech; distribution of inappropriate materials; criminal conduct by any participants of CPAC 2024 and related event activities; or any other behavior intended to harass others or distract from the conference. No signage is permitted on the premises without prior authorization. CPAC reserves the right to confiscate any materials and/or remove persons found in violation of this policy at its discretion. Filming for commercial purposes is strictly limited to those with the appropriate CPAC media credentials, and CPAC retains all fair use rights in their intellectual property for any and all commercial filming done during the course of the event. In addition, no partisan politicking is permitted on premises during CPAC 2024. Many event venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference. No refunds will be given for those who are removed from the conference for violating any aspect of the Code of Conduct.

Intellectual Property

Neither purchasing tickets to CPAC 2024 nor acceptance of these terms or conditions shall be construed as any waiver of the CPAC’s intellectual property rights. Any commercial use of CPAC's intellectual property is prohibited unless approved in writing in advance by CPAC. No photographs or video taken at CPAC 2024 may be used for commercial purposes unless the attendee has obtained written permission from CPAC. Commercial use of any video or photography taken at CPAC 2024 in which CPAC's intellectual property is used will be considered infringement. Professional photographers and videographers and those who are compensated for filming any aspect of CPAC 2024 waive any claim to the doctrine of “fair use” of CPAC’s intellectual property. CPAC reserves the right to seek damages for any infringement of our intellectual property rights.

Waiver of Liability

By purchasing tickets to and/or attending CPAC 2024, you agree to assume the risks related to attendance at the event. With the exception of liability to gross negligence or reckless and/or intentional conduct, you agree to release CPAC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and consultants from the liability arising from your attendance at CPAC 2024. Cancellation/Refund Policy

​

Cancellations will be accepted until December 22, 2023 for a 100% refund. Cancellations between December 23, 2023 - January 7, 2024 will be accepted for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued starting January 8, 2024. Please contact [email protected] or 202-347-9388 to request a refund or cancellation, or with any additional questions.
