Kamala Harris' campaign has clearly struggled to energize the Democrat base with low energy and low turnout rallies and her sparse and awkward media appearances. The voter turnout among minorities in North Carolina and Pennsylvania are now concretely evidencing as Election Day unfolds the low enthusiasm for Harris among traditional Democrat voting blocks.
"I think that the problem with the Harris campaign is a lack of enthusiasm. So, for example in states like North Carolina they can't seem to get the black voters who you would think traditionally would vote for Harris to go out and vote for Kamala Harris," Mercedes Schlapp commented on Newsmax.
The same is happening in Pennsylvania which is a must-win state for both Harris and Trump.
"Things are tight. So, it will be nail-biter," said Schlapp.
