President Trump’s border czar Tom Homan is a confirmed speaker for CPAC in DC 2025.
Homan is a former border patrol agent and served as acting director of ICE during President Trump’s first term from 2017 to 2018. He is a vocal advocate of ending human trafficking and violence against American citizens by illegal immigrants and empowering border patrol to do their job of vetting immigrants and protecting the American people.
Homan has previously spoken at past CPAC conferences on border security and illegal immigration. On a panel at CPAC in DC 2024, Homan levied criticism at the Biden administration, “Joe Biden’s the first president in the history of this nation who came in office and unsecured the border on purpose.”
