CPAC International Tour Expands Conservative Values to Poland and Israel
(Alexandria, VA) – CPAC Chairman Matt Schlapp and Senior Fellow Mercedes Schlapp have embarked on an extensive international tour as ambassadors for conservatism, strengthening alliances and promoting conservative values across borders.
CPAC’s expanded presence, now encompassing Poland and Israel, reaffirms its global advocacy for conservative principles, reinforcing the message of international solidarity championed by President Trump and the broader conservative movement.
During their first stop in Poland, Matt Schlapp announced the launch of CPAC Poland, highlighting CPAC’s mission to combat globalism, communism, and woke ideology.
"President Trump’s vision guides our efforts to unite conservatives globally," said Matt Schlapp. "Establishing CPAC Poland marks a critical step in protecting freedom, traditional values, and national sovereignty against the threats posed by globalism and woke ideologies."
Schlapp’s international tour also included his recognition as the first American recipient of Gazeta Polska’s "Person of the Year" Award. Gazeta Polska, a prominent Polish newspaper, annually recognizes influential leaders committed to advancing conservative principles and fighting communism and globalism.
Continuing the tour, Matt and Mercedes Schlapp will travel to Israel and will be in Jerusalem from Tuesday, March 25th through Thursday, March 27th, to visit the sites where the October 7th attacks occurred along with speaking at the International Conference on Combatting Antisemitism. Hosted by Israeli Minister of Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism, Amichai Chikli, the conference underscores CPAC’s steadfast support for Israel amid rising global tensions.
"Hate has no place in our conservative movement, whether on campuses, at borders, or in government," said Mercedes Schlapp. "We're honored to take this powerful message of unity and resilience to Jerusalem and beyond."
