Vote Description
This bill makes it such that providing gender “transition” surgeries to minors may now be considered unethical and unprofessional conduct. CPAC supports efforts to stop the mutilation of minors and supported this bill. The Senate voted to reshape this bill on March 15, 2023 by a vote of 19-17.
